We operate an appointment-only basis and we will make every effort to see you on time and, except in an unforeseen emergency, guarantee to see you within 15 minutes of your appointment time. In return, we ask that you attend your appointment on time and if you are unable to attend you give us at least 24 hours notice (excluding weekends or Bank Holidays), or we may need to charge for the appointment. OUT OF HOURS
If an urgent problem occurs outside our normal surgery hours, we ask patients to contact us first on 01622 736968 as we run an out of hours service. If we are unavailable or don't contact you within 2hrs, please try the dental emergency service:

Please note the surgery is also closed for lunch between 1 and 2 pm daily.
